Welcome to the new and improved suggestion form! Notice I now use the word "suggestion form" as each submission will be considered as a suggestion and no longer as a request which basically means your submission may or may not be done at all.

It's still basically the same form as before but "smarter," as it will check if a song has been submitted before or if the song has already been uploaded. It minimizes the submission amount (and spamming) and helps me organize it more clearly.

Note that this is still an ongoing project and might not be perfect in the next few months so I appreciate your patience while I fix it along the way.
